Chilled water coil temperature

Chilled water coil temperature details ...

As for chilled water coil,

1) One is the air in & out temperature (Wet bulb/Dry Bulb) of passing coil?.

2) water in/out temperature for cooling coil?.

Do you want to chill water or air? Any idea of geometry, working pressures, flow, what's it for? What exactly are you trying to do? It's not possible to say with your words.
