Requrement of nipple in Piping

In one of the PMS for refinery there is no nipple . Why? Details : 150 RF , Titanium , 0 mm corrosion allowance , pipe material is ASTM B861 Gr 2 , Flange is ASTM B363-WPT2/B381-F2 , Temp. & Pr. Limits of spec are (-29 C to 45 C ) & ( 1585 to 1554 KpaG ) , Service is Sodium Hypochlorite . Refinery at Canada

sachin, no offence meant, but you have asked 20 odd questions similar to this in the last month. If you are designing pipework for a refinery you should not be needing to ask these questions, but what is more disturbing is that you could use all the answers that you get here in your design. Though there are many very good answers, you have no way of knowing from whom they came or of verifying the sources quoted or unquoted. The respondents also do not have all the details in front of them.

For the safety of others please ensure that you verify all your designs with a qualified AND experienced engineer.
