scsi installation procedure.

dear my friends,

i have one printer that use SCSI as an interface medium.so,i need help from u all regarding the procedure to install the printer to my pc.i want to test the printer weather it works or not.hopefully someone can help me.

skuh-zee or not, connect the printer to your computer and see whether the system identifies it or not. You may have to install or update the driver or your system may have a list of them to choose from.

Your printer if brand new should have an installation disk with it with the appropriate driver on it. If not and the system failures to provide the appropriate driver you will have to do an online search according to your printers make and model.

I have never seen a SCSI interface used on a printer. You sure it is SCSI? The old style parallel centronics plug can look like a SCI connector.

yes,i`m really sure the printer is work with SCSI.for your information,this printer is not the normal printer.it is use for print cards such as credit cards,access card and some more.
