Please make the question a little clearer.

Does the power plant consist of 4 trains and the power plants are fueled by natual gas ? And you are using these power plants to produce electric power to sell.

Are these Rolls Royce power plants ?

what is ksm3/j is that 6000000 standard cubic meters per joule? I believe its ksm3/day. That about 180MMSCFD in english units. In US dollars, I'd estimate $4,000,000 to $7,000,000 each. There are so many unknows. The cost doesn't in clude compression, which should be 1Mw each, will cost $2,000,000 each to completely overhaul them to original specifications.
