Ramp Control Voltage

Dear Eng.,

I need a ramping control voltage, or goods like AC Drive, span voltage 0 to 600VAC, capacity max.400kW, three phase, 50Hz, ramping time is adjustable.

please, inform me what maker and its website?

Would a 3 phase variable speed drive be suitable for your application. Lenze do a 400kW one but I don't know if the voltage will be high enough. You could also try ABB. All have adjustable ramping characteristics (among other things).
