Why shoud i use busbar for Power Distribution Panel?

Most of these types of Distribution Boards are readily available "off the shelf" items. I wouldn't bother with designing one. However, the question about busbar versus cable is simple. If the "prospective fault current" of the supply to the Distribution Board is significant (>10kA), busbar would be prescribed to avoid the derating of the cable even though 10kA may seem small. Cables can't handle fault current in the same way that busbars can. Generally, busbar is rigid & can therefore better cope with the thermal & dynamic stresses created under "fault" conditions. Insulated busbar may have a small temperature rise problem (some derating may be needed) but will allow for a more compact design.

By using busbar, in case you need to remove one of the branch mcb, you can do it and switch on the main MCCB again. If the branch mcbs are connected by wires, this removing one branch is difficult or unsafe.

Yes, use a busbar. One reason is simply practicality: panels are available for small systems like this and they are based on a busbar, for the reasons mentioned by others and for the simple fact that the busbar is a simple connection point. In the US, a panel like this is available at your local Home Depot at a price so low as to preclude any thoughts of custom designing and building one. The breakers snap right in, it meets code, etc. etc. etc.
