In what way we decide the baseframe height for the appilcation of centrifugal fans?

You have asked a lot of simple questions relating to centrifugal fans. It would help us to help you to know whether you are doing a school project or something similar. It would also help if the questions were consolidated as some of the answers are inter-related.

Would you be able to give some background to the overall problem ?
