CENTRIFUGAL FANS

The reason for so many questions about centrifugal fan is my currnt project is dealing why centrifgal fans are mostly used in the cement plant.

i think its due to the environment on a cement plant. cement plants is the most dust accumulating plant even if it is compared to a mining and other kind of plant. and centrifugal fan has the lesser chance of choking or failure due to build ups of dust compared to a rotary ones, and can achieve a higher pressure compared to an axial fan.
