Solidworks Electrical Routing Help

Hi,

I am working on electronic encloser design center. We are using solidworks for modeling and detailing. We have electrical routing option in our solidworks. Does anyone have training materials for Solidworks routing or any other site?

Hi Have you tried SolidProfessor it is an audio visual teaching aid is costs but.

yes.. you can go to solidworks and find their ONLINE TOUR.. there is a routing tutorial that will show you a lot.. just watch it over and over.. and see where and how he clicks.. it helped me a lot in the begining.. one tip is to use fasteners that have AXIS where the center of the wire needs to go through.. if the fastener does not have an axis.. then create it... that is the main part that will help you automate the routing process...
