Why does CR4 not let me log in on another computer?

My wireless is down, so I'm using another computer. Why does CR4 not let me log in on another computer? I am using the correct password, but CR4 doesn't buy it. Why? I have tried this in the past, and it never worked.

If you're using the correct username and password, you shouldn't havie any problems loggin in via another computer. Send us an email at cr4admin@globalspec.com and tell us your user name so we can look into it.
