hey S235JR is comparable to US SAE grades 1017/1018; its plain flippin vanilla.
CPW 800 is multi phase (Ferrite and bainite, martensitic complex)workhardenable high strength steel.800-980 MPa TS; >= 10% El; >= 680 MPa YS;Thermal curing (bake hardenable
nano size TiC precipitates to prevent ferritic grain growth
A very high work hardening, curing baking.
Comparison:
1017=flint knife or jaw bone of an ass
CPW800= laser guided nano technology ICBM
not comparable except magnet will stick to both and both are nominally steel
Dont even use fire on it. (the CPW800)

I'm afraid I've taken this about as far as I can take it. Are you asking how does one / can this material be rolled sheet into a round or square tube?
Before you answer, I have worked at both ERW and seamless mills.
We have described the material pretty fully, it is up to you to determine feasibility/create the process that you have in mind.
why not contact suppliers?
PS Yes it is used as structural apparently tubular cross members on BMW's.
How do they make it that way- I don't know.
