Ferro Alloy Plant - Gas Cleaning for Plant Maintenance

Currently at FERRO ALLOY MANUFACTURING PROCESS (ARC FURNACE)we manufacture ferro manganese with avg. 70% manganese content, if we wish to produce ferro manganese with 75% manganese contenet, then what will be its effect on performance of GCP?In normal circumstances our GCP runs for almost 5days before jamming in quencher ventury observed.

Welcome to CR4 trinayan,

What you will have is 5% more manganese. Actually what is "GCP"?

Also this effects your other alloying elements so a expert might need more information.

I'm an amateur blacksmith, might know a little but probably not enough to help you.
