Silk Screen Print Notes

Hi,

what are the standards notes needed in the screen print drawing?

Hi. I'm not sure of your specific request but will make an attempt...

Usually the silk screen layer will have;

  1. The component designators next to or close to the component.
  2. Polarity of components marked (usually from the footprint library) Caps, diodes, LED's etc.
  3. Component outline (usually from the footprint library)
  4. Copywrite symbol
  5. product name/number/revision number
  6. Made in "xxxx"
  7. And any other helpful comments (eg. Front, back, etc)

Hi Daffy,

Thanks for your notes.I am looking a general notes to be mentioned in the drawing for QC to check the screen printed on the sheet metal parts. like what we normally used to mention in the sheet metal drawing notes

NOTES:-

  • Minimum bend radius and relief
  • NO Burrs or sharp edges
