Relation between ASME B16.34 and ASTM A395

Dear All

Can some body guide me, how ASTM A395 is associated with ASME B16.34

ASTM A395 / A395M - 99(2004) Standard Specification for Ferritic Ductile Iron Pressure-Retaining Castings for Use at Elevated Temperatures

ASME B16.34 - Valves Flanged, Threaded and Welding End

HOWEVER: It does not look like ASTM A395 is recognized by B16.34 (or even section II - Part D for that matter)

THEREFORE they are not associated.
