RF Simulation Software

Is their any software avaliable for Radio Frequency(RF) module simulation.

There exists many free "RF calculators" for both lumped element circuits and transmission line impedances (Google them). There are also "microwave and RF programs" for sale (Agilent, etc.) which can perform complex simulations. The challenge will not be to access them, but for you to understand enough basic RF theory to use them effectively.

I'll second that! I am still trying to undersatnd S parameters. I seem to have some kind of weird mental block against them. Z parameters, no problem, Y parameters, no problem, h parameters, no problem, S parameters BIG problem...
