CT Selection

I need to ue a CT for an Emfis Energy meter whose requirement is

{ 1.via current transformer with primary-upto 6000A configurable in multiples of 10

2.Insulated secondary 5A

3.Current circuit burden<.1VA

4.Starting current 10ma(for 5A secondary)

5. overload 7A

}

I want this meter to use for a 230V 1Phase supply of max.6KW load.

what kind of CT I need to use.?
