Collecting Plates & rods of ESP

Contact Stock Solvera Forry or equal.

Install new control/monitoring system to monitor specific rod and plate performance by field and row.

Coordinate, monitor, operate, maintain air flow inlet and outlet effluents on field/plate basis for entire PCP.

Monitor function and performance with accuracy in real time.

Depending on the manufacturer, ESP Collecting Electrodes or (CE)plates are either one-piece welded together (like Cottrell design) or single panel which are individually bolted to an upper frame (like FLS type) to form a panel or row. If only 2 out of six fields are working, then either the Collecting plate is bent or out of the upper and lower retaining frames or the Discharge Electrode (DE) is bent (if rigid type) or loose (like wire or blade type DE). In both cases, the bent DE or CE will cause a short.
