	why siemens specified kneepoint voltage formula for various types of protection contains term 1/1.3

	Because it is must if Class PS CT's will be used for protection scheme and not required if Class 5P20 CT's are used

	PLS explain the reason......one more thing siemens formula contain term 1/1.3 and Areva relay contain term 1/2
