	Hi Mr. Ahmed, You are required to follow your national standard applicable in your country. We follow Indian Standard- 3043 as applicable in India. Please note that earthing of Industrial Plant is as such easy as well as it can be complex for those who has little knowledge in the subject. Since you are not even aware of this basic requirement of designing - please appoint a n experienced electrical engineer for your work. Please don't misunderstand. Regards.
