Fine Blanking Quality Control?

12/15/2008 2:00 AM

We manufacture fine blanked components for consumer electronics, mobile hand sets and other electronic goods. The tolerance of these blanked metal parts needs to be as minute as .04 microns I need to know what kind of instruments available in the market to measure such minute readings. and how to keep a tab on quality with zero rejection or close to zero rejection. Would alos welcome buyers from around the world for enquiries as we operate under minimum margins.

Are you certain of your quality requirement of .04 microns? IT seems truly rediculous for mobile hand sets etc, perhaps you meant 40 microns (.040mm)

According to your dimension of .04 microns that of course is a small fraction of .001mm (the grey dot, of course the outer circle is the hair), referring to the picture.

Please elaborate for what exact part you require this tolerance?
