working with cold Vs Hot rolled steel

	Hi, For welding, bending etc operations, which steel would be easier to work with? hot or cold rolled? final product can take either (e.g. transformer cooling fins) Regards

	Generally speaking hot roll is not as " clean" as cold roll. it is however much easier to work with. It bends much easier without cracking and is more stable.
