RFQ Wanted: Fabrication Services

We are looking for Fabrication Company who can do EPC contract for pressure vessels, tanks, offshore platforms, plus related mechanical, electrical, anc civil requirements in executing project with value US$1B and up. The company should be capable and willing to develop land in Saudi Arabia (along the shore), and stay for a minimum of twenty (20) years.

The company should be able to submit intent by January, 2009 to start discussion on acquisition of the land, and register their interest to participate with the mega projects with the oil & gas in the Kingdom. Our primary client is Saudi Aramco (and its related industries).
