What is the diameter for a auricalque (AU/Cu) supraconductor power cable?

You have not supplied nearly enough information. You should contact the manufacturer directly, there are not that many that make superconducting wire.

Not of anything current (there have been some minor technology breakthroughs in recent years). Your best bet is to try a google search for the words "superconductor manufacturer" or similar.
