Degreaser for oxygen service

Gentlemans,

looking for product / chem. agent for degreasing - cleaning of suitable stainless steel & carbon steel plates that big amount non acidic agent for industrial vessel manufacturing use in liquid oxygen service. Could you please advise me any ? Thanks in advance.

If you're able to take the necessary worker protection measures, this works well
