TOP ENTRY AGITATOR DESIGN

I desire to design an Agitator for Lime Mixing tank(Diameter:2m,Height:6m) in my company with capacity. The density of the fluid is 1300Kg/m3.

I need steps in selecting the shaft,Motor rating and speed of the mixer.

Kindly assist as soon as possible

if i was you get a low geared gear box put a highdralic motor running from a small power pack diesel one simple to do once you have the bits you get a lot of steady power from highdralics and maybe a cooler on the oil tank see if that helps if not it would be a nice project ok see you andy
