Degreasing / Cleaning Agent for Liquid Oxygen Service

Gentlemans,

Looking for product / chem. agent for degreasing - cleaning of suitable stainless steel & carbon steel plates that big amount non acidic - harmless agent for industrial vessel manufacturing according to liquid oxygen service. Could you please advise me any product or brand for contact ? Thanks in advance.

There is a chemical called 'genclean', that we have used before. I am not shure if this is an abbrevieted name or what, but it works
