MPEG 4

now in a cell phone video ,record programs can be recorded at any time,net can be recorded and can be viewed at any time....that technology is going to come in MPEG 4....can any one explain clearly about this...will it contain any antenna for receivin the signals....

There are now cellphones (known as 3.5G) that can transmit and receive video images.
