	I have seen MV-terminal for 35kV. What do you thing about this job?. It is good quality?

	Interesting use of a Raychem outdoor shrouds inside what looks like a transformer terminal enclosure. Is the job incomplete? Obviously the cable screens need to be terminated to the earth bus bar provided. __________________ jack of all trades
