    HI There,

Well actually I just finished a product development (plastic sheet) and introduced this to a Russian distributor when the supplier of the resin told me he was not making this anymore. He'd been bought over and the other party took it from their product list.

What line of business are you in ?

    Hello Ghost,

    thanks for the fast reply!

I can only go on what I found about makers and suppliers. Did you actually introduce the Russian to the manufacturers, or the supply you used? Because what I sent was just a single response. Only one. The makers must still be making it when there is a market for it?

With regard to your question to me, unfortunately I am not 'in' anything. I have been an invalid with epilepsy for 20 years. Nothing else, just seizures. Means I can't drive or touch machines you know?

Take care and let me know about your Russian contact, I mean to know if they were able to get hold of this stiff via you via me (well, kind of).

Bye for now. You gonna stay around and answer some of the questions posted from now on? It is a great site and nice people.

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear of your situation. I'm not going to say "try and make the most of it" as I see you are. How comes you have an interest in plastics or do you roam across this whole site?

Myself, I'm self employed and trying to set up a business in plastic sheet. Right, the wife calls...we need to do some shopping. See you later.

    Hello Ghost,

I am interested in pretty much all Engineering and science. Difficult to read about them without plastic coming into the equation?

It fascinates me that all the cities in the UK are connected by plastic of different sorts. Water pipe, waste, and cables inside the wiring grid that is our communication system right now. Not just plastic. I like to browse the Periodic Table and see that change one ingredient in steel and it becomes more malleable. Just clever. Makes you wonder how the originators of basic Discoveries we take for granted, ever thought it would be interesting to test a load of Gases and test the properties?

This were clever but, also fool hardy. They literally did not understand what they were doing, and some stuff was really dangerous.

We would not be where we are was it not for those originators!

Hey, thanks for replying so quickly, OK? I have had three hours sleep in 36 hours, so am having same breakfast then going to bed. So I may be up to catch your reply if you do that is!. But I will probably answer anything tomorrow Sunday.

Take care and keep in touch. I am nosey as much as anything!
