I'd check my " Machinery Handbook " I use them for everything. That is a good question, and it's probably in there.

My copy gets used over and over again.

Even punch press manufacturers have this information online as well. Maybe a wall chart

can be sent out from the manufacturer for all the different size c'sinks.

Hole size, mat thickness , dia of c'sink , typical set up information . Good to know where to look. All good machinists know where to look for set up information.

My Machinery Handbook is about 40 years old now, but I'd bet that information is in there.

Look up charts for punch sizes , are faster. when you find a good one...laminate it and keep it near the machine for future set ups.

I'm not going to the shop today...Too damn cold -37 degrees. That's why I'm on the computer right now. Happy punching my friend.

A number of aircraft use flush rivets and countersink the aluminum skin accordingly. Check the aircraft tool suppliers and you will probably be able to buy dies for countersink holes for various rivet sizes.

Then again maybe not. I checked this site

http://www.aircraft-tool.com/shop/search_result.aspx?CATEGORY=Dimpling+Tools

A quick glance seems to show that the angle of aircraft rivets is 100°, not 82°. Are you positive about the angle you require?
