WHAT WOULD BE THE ACCEPTABLE TOLERANCE OF H BEAM 152*152 , 37.1KG/MTR IN TERMS OF DIMENSIONS NOT WEIGHT.

I may be missing something... but it seems like the tolerance would depend largely on the tolerance of the mating beams and the desired fit.
