ATV-61 Marca Telemechanique

Hi!!!

I have a trouble in ATV-61, i have a motor of 100 HP, (74,6kW) 1800 rpm, 60 hertzios of line, 114 amperes, 480 volts,

I have question, when i started,(300 rpm) , After 4 minutes, the variador goes off, Without apparent reason.

And the equipment(team) remains ready to return to start(extract) again, that I need it to be able to work without one shoots me.

I believe that I need to start(extract) to major speed, they can help me please

Hi, I hope this helps. At 300rpm, this is considered as low speed. At this speed the vfd is still in the open loop mode. meaning it will still determine the proper speed regulation. Unfortunately this can only be done during the steady state of the run. Meaning the torque and speed have stabilized. Now to overcome this you need to program a higher starting torque during the starting period. In AB it is the TrqCmd1 and TrqCmd0. you need to program this with TrqCmd1 higher about 1 to 1.5x the rated torque. The TrqCmd0 about .25 to .30x the rated. This would ensure smooth transition during the starting and the running mode. Egbert
