why the sparks comes during arc welding ? please explain sirs.

The sparks are tiny bits (beads?) of molten metal pushed away from the arc by the expanding gas of evaporated metal, all caused by the very high temperature (higher than 3000 Centigrade) introduced by the arc, in order to cut or fuse the metal.
