Best HVAC Training for Starting Engineers

I'm looking into getting some basic HVAC training enough to be able to design an HVAC system for various rooms in a power plant. Any suggestions as to which course has been beneficial to you or anyone you know?

Audel HVAC Fundamentals, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps and Distribution Systems
