Is it about general ESD precautions? Machine body model or human body model testing? did you try to google it?

This maybe a good place to start;

Now, if I could only find a contract calibration service that will "Calibrate/Verify" my ESD equipment!!! Anyone???

Your ESD test equipment provider should be able to supply you with a standard tester to verify the operation of your ESD test stations. I may be sufficent to "calibrate" your test standard with a digital multimeter that has been calibrated by a calibration service provider. As long as your measurements/calibrations are traceable to the national standard (and are within the calibration cycle), I think you'll be OK.
