	can anyone guide me to a energy efficiency consultant.we are working on a govt project to make two buildings energy efficient.?

	You really need to give everyone here more information before we can give you an answer, such as "what country / state" are you in. Given that it is a government project it is important to use a local consultant that is aware of the particular local energy regulations and requirements (which can vary wildly, even in the same country or state). __________________ jack of all trades
