my question is wheather for M.S Pipes of sizes 1/2" to 6" Schedule 20 is possible

That is not a standard size for B36.10M - you would have to have it custom fabricated and tested.

(it is possible create your own "sch 20" standard for those sizes - but probably isn't worth your time/bother)
