shendolair control by motor

dear all ,

i want to control the up/down movement of my shendol air by a motor .the weight of shendol is about 50 kg and height of my ceiling is 10 ft. the motor is to be placed in the base mount of the sheldon .

can anybody suggest the solution for this ?

Its is a big fancy light with multiple bulbs on it you must have seen at the hotel reception etc .
