Is there a drought anywhere in the world....?

I flagged up my idea for recycling bath water using a specialised plug (www.droughtplug.co.uk) and whilst it has sold well in the UK despite it raining all the time it really was thought that it might be useful anywhere in the world with drought problems,any suggestions of anywhere that might use it,the plug is 52mm tapering (standard UK stuff).

Any thoughts /help would be very welcome.
