could you maybe give us some more detail?

pascal triangle as in:

But what do you mean with centrally aligned stars? Do you want to represent the numbers with stars so 3 = ***?

I'd love to help but need some more details.

Thats all fine but just cant make a pyramid of stars. Something looking like an equilateral triangle.
