Applying Oil to Sheet Metal Surfaces

I am designing a pick and place system for deep drawing system after picking the sheet metal component with suction cup. Afterwards I want to apply oil on the sheet metal surface , viscosity of the oil 150 cs, I need to apply at top and bottom surface of the plate also

Although missing I think I get the question.

Use a spray system to lube. G OOOO G L E Search (without a question mark)- there are many manufacturers of these systems.

If you have another question, consider using the "?" symbol (right bottom on most keyboards), it really simlifies things for the readers, google may not care, but we do!

both sprays and/or topbottom rollers can be used both generaly apply too much fluid so it is advisable to install a tray under the system to collect the ecsess which can then be returned back to the supply tank
