Pressure Distribution

02/05/2009 9:38 AM

Hi All

I have been asked to test a body protection pad to determine the pressure distribution behind the pad when a missile hits the front. I have seen pressure distribution graphs, but am not sure what device is used to produce these and am looking for guidance.

Thanks Tony

I was watching Myth Busters and they used some stick on shock detectors.. they were adjustable to different levels of shock so they could determine different levels of injury to 'Buster' the crash test dummy...

Sorry I couldn't be more help, but if you can find what they were using, it might help.

There is a company that advertises in trade mags but I don't recall their name. Here is another one that has a similar product.
