You can use a non laser type tool like a FARO or you can use a laser type tool like HandyScan3D.
A FARO tool will give you a "cloud data" file, (lots of points that give the surface envelope of the glass) that you can later manipulate in a 3D software package like SolidWorks to produce a surface file.
A laser tool can give you a 3D surface file directly which you can bring into a 3D software package like SolidWorks and clean up.

I see the tools you mentioned, on internet but i ask if there is some thing with lower cost, that give only a two dimension drawing not 3D as in my application we need only the 2D drawing for the sheet of glass
