Submarine Hose Procedure Needed

I would like to know the procedure of crude oil submarine hoses testing.

we were testing the components of submarine like pipes,hoses,and valves etc based on the depth in meters the submergence is designed for example our test depth was 250Mtrs we were testing all components to 30Kilogrms/Sqcms Hydrolyc or every 10meters of depth excerts 1Kilogram/sqCms you can work out your test pressure yourself.You need a pump to develop the test pressure.
