have you tried the google search for your "pro engineering" problem?

Is this a book on programming or a school book on engineering disciplines?

He's looking for a book with regards to a 3D CAD modeling application called "Pro/Engineer" by Parametric Technology Group.

Try http://www.goengineer.com to see if they offer online classes.
