Just Google the specs that you need and you'll find Web sites (like this one) that sell them.

Go to AWS.org, register as a visitor, log in, and follow the search instructions to the spec that you need. Bring your (or your firm's) credit card, as these specs are not cheap. Along the way, consider joining AWS if you are going to buy more than a few specs, as a hefty discount exists for members of AWS.

Not at all sure you're going to find anyone here that is willing to compromise their professional integrity and expose themselves to any number of copyright and intellectual property right violations or infringements.

As difficult as it might be to understand, organizations such as AWS, ASME, ASM, etc., etc... would not be able to function nor survive without the source of revenue that the sale of their specifications derive. This, ultimately, is the cost associated with working in these professions [among innumberable others].

If you are a student, or trying to do develop research on the subject, perhaps you might want to speak with your academic advisor or departmental office. Discounted academic rates are usually available for these documents.

If you are engaged in commerical activity, personal enterprise or some other endevour for which you stand to gain, pony up. Again, this is the cost of professional association, unfortunately, and we must expect this.
