Non linear editing suit

Any one pls. guide me. I need to prepare estiate electric wiring of non linear editing suit with editing room, vice over room, instrument room & vice control room. I need information about power consumption, Air condition requirement,specila lighting fitting if required & UPS capacity.

It is non linear editing "suite". It is a room ment for post production of films or documentry etc like vioce recording, instruments or muscical recording ..etc. I need to know lay out of typical editing suite electrification, power consumption etc
