What is the meaning of provide ? to whom? If there is any thing, any thing, that has an energy and is in a medium , it will transfer a part of its energy to the medium (provided its energy is more than the medium).

Are you the guest who has asked about Electrical Motor Efficiency in electrical section? I have alerady answered to your question. At least it was framed better there.
