Degreasing for Vulcanizing

We are in the Business of tyre tube valves Manufacturing. Our main process is to includes machining of Brass stem SPM & in CUTTING OIL environment. It reqd to remove the oil for further vulcanizing Process to ensure better adhesion between Rubber & Brass.
Pl suggest me solution for that.

The degreasing system depends on the quantity you want to degrease per day ( = production), do you want to degrease per day or accumulate the production and do the vulcanising at a time.

It is alway beteer to degrease just before the vulcanising ( so that dust, foreign particles etc. do not get deposited on the degreased parts).

Usually Ultrasonic degreser is used which uses Perchloroethylene as degreaser medium and elecrically the perchloro ethylene is vaporised and the parts are dipped in these vapours for a few minutes and subsequently the perchloro ethylene vapours are condensed so that it is not wasted.
