how to calculating differential head

Please note that we required one pump for building where pump head should be 70 mtr and for upper side cooling tower for 3 mtr and water will be gone to cooling tower and reverse back at down at same head. what will be differential head and what is suction pressure on that .How much Motor kw should be used. The flow should be 410m3/hr .
